I went to Parkview secondary school and then to Barrow sixth form College where I studied A level art.

In Sept 2001 I began a BA Hons Degree in Contemporary fine art at Lancaster St Martins college. I am now in my third and final year.
I have worked and trained as a trainee interior designer with ward interiors in 1990 and whilst studying for the teaching asst NVQ , I worked at Alfred Barrow School in the art department. I also completed a 2 week residency there in 2003.
I have always had a passion for art and have practiced and experimented with my work, either in my own time or professionally.
